Tell us the product and the destination market. We send the current specification for the selected program; a full requirement is not needed for a specification request.

• Product category and preferred format
• Destination market and delivery location
• Estimated quantity and order frequency
• Packaging format, pack size and private-label status
• Label or language requirements
• Available specifications, artwork or documentation expectations
• Target timing

What happens after you send your request?

We review your requirement, clarify any missing details and assess product and delivery feasibility. The next step may be a quotation or a request for further information; specifications and commercial terms are confirmed before an order.

Buyer document checklist

Share the documents you already have. Missing details can be discussed; do not send confidential third-party material without permission.

• Product specification or reference product, including recipe, grade and pack size.
• Destination, label languages and any buyer-required testing or certification.
• Packaging brief or artwork, with the current approval status.
• Estimated quantities, delivery location and target timing.

For samples, select Sample request and describe the product, pack and destination. Samples are arranged after the program, specification and relevant commercial terms are agreed. Availability, any charges and shipping arrangements are confirmed before dispatch.

Acknowledgement confirms receipt of your request; quotation timing depends on the product, specification and destination review.
