For EU importers & distributors
ALPHATRADE structures food supply programs for importers, distributors and private-label buyers in the European Union: product, specification, packaging, EU label review and the documents a consignment needs at the border, with a French company as your contract counterpart.
Start an RFQA commercial starting point
ALPHATRADE SAS is registered in France and holds an EU EORI number. Buyers contract and purchase directly from ALPHATRADE; production is carried out by qualified partner sites selected for the product and the requirements of the destination market. Specification, labeling, residue and contaminant limits, origin documents and border requirements are reviewed against EU rules before a program ships, so the importer receives a consignment prepared for EU entry.
How to begin
Product, specification, pack format, EU market and language of the label, estimated volume, delivery point and timing.
The producing site, testing requirements, label review and origin documents are aligned with EU requirements, then samples are approved.

ExploreWhat an EU program covers
Programs are run with one-step-back, one-step-forward traceability by lot, as required by Regulation (EC) No 178/2002.
Name, ingredient list, allergen emphasis, net quantity, nutrition declaration and origin statements are reviewed against Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011 before printing. Read the EU food labeling guide.
Testing requirements are agreed per program against EU maximum residue levels (Regulation (EC) No 396/2005) and contaminant limits (Regulation (EU) 2023/915). Read the guide to EU residue and contaminant limits.
Certificates of origin are issued per shipment, with preferential origin documents such as EUR.1 where the origin and product qualify.
Products subject to increased official controls are identified at quotation, and the required certificates and analysis travel with the consignment.
Programs are executed under Incoterms® 2020: FOB, CFR or CIF to EU ports, with DAP delivery where agreed.
